INFORMATION ABOUT THIS DATA

Data Set Name Novel Double-Hit Mouse Model to Investigate Oxidative Damage from Radiation/Hyperoxia - Evaluation of Dietary Flaxseed as Countermeasure: Chronic Model (16 weeks)
Data Set Description A novel, in vivo system of repeated exposure to both total body irradiation and hyperoxia (double-hit) in a mouse model was used to characterize lung damage and evaluate dietary flaxseed as a countermeasure. The study considered both acute (2 weeks) and chronic (longer term exposure) effects. The data spans October 2010 to January 2013 and is in Microsoft Excel XLS format. Included are raw, analyzed, and statistical data for mice sacrificed up to 4 months post exposure.
Level of Processing Raw - Microsoft Excel
