Case Report Form (CRF)

Description
OBJECTIVES:
During bed rest studies, the Case Report Form (CRF) provided a mechanism by which nursing and dietary staff, and other subject monitors, could record subject monitoring data. The information was then shared with each of the experiment teams as necessary.
