Description
Objectives:

The purpose of this experiment was to delineate the early changes that occur in both weight bearing and non-weight bearing bone tissues in growing animals in different cage configurations during space flight, and to relate these changes to alterations in cell proliferation and mineralization, bone subcellular characteristics, and bone biomechanics.
