This experiment is studying small group behavioral laws during long-duration missions. The objectives of this experiment are:
- To conduct a study of personal, cultural and national differences impacts on mutual perception of crewmembers, group structure;
- To conduct a study of the dynamics of crewmembers mutual self-perception and perception under stress during the different phases of long-duration flight; and
- To study the group dynamics throughout long-duration flight, and the impact on the level of self-identification with other crewmembers.
