EORS_FTT
High fidelity, 12-lead ECG was acquired during functional testing with a Holter Monitor (Mortara Instrument, Milwaukee, WI) at 1 kHz. Twelve-lead Holter data were acquired for all tests. The R-R intervals were derived from the electrocardiogram for heart rate variability analysis for all subjects.

EORS_PPFS
Prior to exercise testing, cardiac output was measured using a Quinton Q-Stress™ echocardiographic ultrasound imaging device. Three electrodes were placed on the subjects’ chest and a technician used a probe (transducer) placed on the chest to record an image of the heart.

EORS_HVS
Prior to exercise testing, cardiac output was measured using a Quinton Q-Stress™ echocardiographic ultrasound imaging device. Subjects were instrumented with electrodes for the monitoring of 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) and the measurement of heart rate (HR) throughout the cycle ergometer test.
